Doula Services

As a DONA-Certified Doula, I will provide continuous, uninterrupted physical, emotional and informational support throughout your labor and birth.  You will also receive at least one prenatal visit and one postpartum visit, as well as a detailed account of the birth in the form of a letter to your baby.  I feel that it is an honor and a privilege to be included in the birth of your child, and I look forward to helping you and your partner have the best possible birth experience.

I also provide postpartum doula services.  For an hourly rate, I will provide assistance with newborn care, breastfeeding, sibling care, cooking, and light housekeeping.  When a new mother receives adequate rest, nourishment and support she is better able to care for and bond with her baby.
