Nancy's Story

I gave birth to beautiful Flora (my one and only) just after 4 pm on April 7, 2001.  Labor was good, but not at all easy, much more earth-shattering that I imagined.  Nothing has been the same since my water broke and that’s wonderful and the way it’s meant to be, but I still wasn’t prepared for the incredible change in me and my life.  My labor was totally natural (thank the stars I’m stubborn) and after six hours of pushing (mama mia!), there was Flora.
